Hi,Just recently my mother informed me of a foreclosure in her building for a $160,000 for a 2 bedroom apt. for sale which is being handled by Fanny May (not sure what this means, any explanation of FM would be greatly appreciated).

I did go to their website and found it very light on solid information: no detailed technical explanation of how it is implemented and all I could find on the warranty is that it is "lifetime of the structure and transferrable" - a copy of the warranty was not available.

On credit inquiry explanations, for BoA, they did not include Provident because it was not on my credit report yet, so all they got is, No new debt, for all the explanations.

I do charge a pet security deposit, but it is refundable just like the normal security deposit if there are no damages.Credit: I have not checked credit in the past and, although it has never been a problem, I think this is a poor idea and will do that in the future.Felons: This would depend on what/how long ago the felony was.Age: Just have to be 18.First time renters: I would require a co-signer or a larger deposit, but this has not come up for me yet.Previous evictions: Possibly if the eviction had been a long time in the past and there was a good explanation for it.
