Although I have to say I agree about getting the license .. but I understand the wild west of wholesaling so many simply wont do it and these transactions to continue will rely on Someone Like Tom and company like us to facilitate these legally.

Most of my clientele are based in the west coast in California and Seattle.

I have some properties in Oceanside, a multiunit west of the 5, and another in the small foothills. 

Even if you decide the East Coast is the place for you, as @Russell Brazil has stated, the appreciation of the property of the long run should continue you to build wealth for you.

I’m on the west coast, so cash flow like this is hard to find.

Which coast has the best/ most investment opportunities and outlook
