I am preparing to build my first build-to-sell house from the ground up right now.

Even at my earliest solo outset, the hairs on the back of my neck would have bolted upright if a potential client dropped some contract on me instead of the other way around.

I believe the eviction moratorium is only for those directly affected by covid but the courts are really backed up right now even for non covid evictions. 

Another friend that Chris and I met through our martial arts training, Steve, expressed an interest in real estate investment to us this past summer.

Given that, my funds are tied up right now.

Contractors are backed up right now so it's not a bad place per say here right now.

Things are pumped up right now, but im sure a slow down is coming.

I would imagine eviction courts are pretty crazy backed up right now because a months-long moratorium has been in place.

I know the market is up right now, and that's going to make it tough, but who said it would be easy, right?

Also  I've been using QB online, but apparently it doesn't do auto depreciation you have to manually subtract it each year, so is there a better software to use that will do it automatically after you have it all set up right?
