In our market, would you say that the long-term trend is moving towards lot size being more valuable in the city of Seattle with the new legislation to increase density? 

It's not trendy or creative. 

Currently assessed at $105k and in a trendy/popular location.

That's a trendy neighborhood with more flips and large development on the horizon. 

If it is a hip and trendy neighborhood, I dress a little younger.  

The location is attractive to professionals to be close to their trendy night spots, restaurants and downtown.

I believe it is fairly safe to say the technology curve for such items is on an upward trend. I
