I think it might be a hindrance to your brand/ reputation especially if you are using a company or LLC, many scams use Facebook messages and you don't really want to be associated with scams like that.

If they are brand new or 2 years old you should have at least 10 years of very little capex  unless they were constructed poorly. 

Everything inside is brand new, walls, kitchen, AC, heating, plumbing etc.

My agent was brand new and it was her first sale.  

Once all the dirty work had been done and fresh paint put on the cabinets and walls it looks like a brand new place.
