A few situations are up in the air for me in my personal life, but by sometime in the middle of next year I should have enough information about where my life is taking me (as well as significantly more real estate know-how compared to my current nascent seed of knowledge), and I'm planning to find some deals and make an offer on my first property before the end of 2017.
