The draw is actually this coming Fri for 2026The market for STR seems saturated in popular/touristic regions, however, if you have a unique property and offer affordable pricing, you may get descent occupancy. 

Hopefully those that stayed on the sideline until the 'time is right' will start underwriting specific deals and recognizing path of progress opportunities that offer multiple operational and exit strategies.  

Has anyone used RABBU to market their short term rental for sale to potential buyers?  If so how did it go?

When I asked my agent about options to back out, he didn’t really offer any advice.

The only real advantage to using an FHA loan is to offer only 3.5% down payment, which in my opinion is barely justified as an advantage. 

I can make offers that would cause the 1% rule to hold, but these would often be at around 60% of asking price or market value.

Now you have enough to pique your interest further, but it still gives me the hee-bee-jeebies.Next step is to ask to see the offering documents regarding the syndication.
