Went to college and decorated my resume with many internships and jobs in cubicle farms (such as CoreLogic - they own RealQuest/ListSource).

I think most people are looking for a place that they not only belong but feel like they are a part of something not just punching a time clock.Also I would suggest you try and hire on profile of the role using DISC.. i have always been coached and taught that you hire the role not the person base on their profile not what the resume says.

@Carter Bushman The reason you are seeing a lot of for sale signs in Irmo and Chapin is because the VC Summer Nuclear Power Plant just quit construction on 2 reactors.  

I can get with that.I just received an e-mailed resume from a local hopeful VA / mentee. 

A stint at Amazon, Google, FB, Apple, etc. will permanently increase your value elsewhere.Moving to Denver with a "big name" on my resume allowed me to become a director at age 28 at a fairly large tech company.

At the meeting the GC canceled last minute and I attended the meeting myself, The lender was interested on the GC that he can work with the GC to obtain a loan and it looks good on paper, while for me he told me that I was pretty young and anyone can type up a resume saying they were a real estate asset general manager, I honestly think he didn't believe me when I told him I have 18+ flips and I had reposition 5 multifamily in Miami Beach.

I would have to agree that the person presenting the deal to establish a partnership should be required to have a resume providing evidence that they would be a good partner.

I'd recommend getting your resume, prior two years tax returns, schedule of real estate owned, and deal analysis together and start reaching out to those lenders.  

What the heck are you waiting for if you can get 50% and bring in great projects get moving.The experience and resume you will build is invaluable
