My name is Brian and I'm a long time lurker, new time poster. I've only posted once or twice before, but I'd like to reach out and see if I could find opportunity in the northern Colorado, Fort Collins area. I plan to house hack in the next year or so, but while I'm saving financials I'd also like to learn some tricks of the trade from seasoned investors.
