I’m finally making the move from simply lurking through the forums to being an active participant.

Sometimes, to help myself, I imagine myself 10 years down the line as a successful real estate investors, and telling other new investors with a proud smile: I am here because I didn't give up.If you don't quit, success is bound to follow so keep it up! 

I am from Wisconsin and travel often.Once established, I intend on participating in meetups and REA meetings if invited. 

Maybe participate in a deal at first ... before going solo !!!
