Hello everyoneM name is Jerry I am a project manager for an architecture/construction company in Miami Beach, however i flip houses aside from my full time job and I hope to flip a lot more. 

I have had a real passion for interior design and architecture unfortunately, I do not have the credentials to get a degree in architecture so I'm hoping people out in the community can help me with pursuing my dream of flipping houses and becoming an interior designer.

@TJ Peterkin I am unfortunately not familiar with NC standards but am an architectural designer, contractor and planner in CA who is moving to the Raleigh area.

Have you platted or received Architectural drawings yet?

I have wanted to move into real estate investment for years because I have always loved land, buildings, architecture and the overall real-estate business.

I currently work as an Architect for a large architectural firm that specializes in Mutlifamily projects.

I am a commercial Art Director in Los Angeles and I love architecture and design.

I'm working on some content for an architecture/development blog anyway, so this is a good opportunity to share a draft of my first post and make a fool of myself in a contained forum before sharing with the world...
