Does a rental management contract carry over to a new rental company if rental accounts are purchased to another company ?

Heloc are also usually set up on a shorter term like a 15 or 20 year versus a 30 year mortgage.Mortgage will have No prepay and some Helocs carry a 1, 2, 3 year prepayment penalty.

I did get a concealed carry permit when I was managing a lot of apartments in a rough area, luckily never had to use it.

Of the 15%/25% injection, 10% has to come from the owners and the other 5%/15% or more can come from a seller carry.

Most DSCR loans will carry a  5-year penalty, so I suggest waiting until that is over before paying more than your minimum payment , or you will incur additional fees.

Keeping a low level of risk; low DTI, diversified risk, etc but I think primarily it is solving the question “if something bad happens can we carry the property and for how long?”.
