I’m 22 years old I drive semi trucks and I’m trying to get out of it before it’s to late!

Plus a garage that can house a full size truck and all my equipment.

One thing I found to be  super motivating is listening to personal development audiobooks while I work or in the truck commuting .

Sometimes tenants will let friends come over and wash their trucks, some washing vehicles will illegally fill up large tankers for water off of your spigots, your tenants might let water run for hours for kids to play in the yard, etc.When tenants do not pay water they typically care less how much they use or if toilets run, sinks drip, bathtubs leak BUT if they pay the bill they almost always call the landlord for a single drip!

I never lived in FL and still don't have much idea of the pros and cons of different part As a truck driver, I've been to many parts of the country and what I learned is that almost every place is pretty much the same.

That is really great insight .i knew yonkers and mt vernons school system was terrible,i didnt pay that much thought because my own kids wouldnt be attending in those districts.when the property around you damn near triples you get the green eyed monster and wanna chase it.i will consider a little further north.im preapproved for 525k.but not looking to spend that much by any means.

Ive been in the trucking industry for 3 years now but i just recently went independent.

In the game it is usually much easier to obtain independence on the salary and lifestyle spending of a truck driver than Doctor .
