the "become An agent" link at WRA.org will be the resource, you need to take pre license and a test, my recommendation would be find a broker that will help you do this, I did it on my own, then found a broker, glad I did it that way, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend that route, really consider why you want a license, if it's for your investing I don't advise it, if it's to learn markets, and make some commission, then do it, biggest issue will be putting clients and customes I tests in front of yours.
