I may never directly use it to be honest. I

It makes much more sense financially and to gain the experience for me to work the flip and bring in $20-$30K on my end in 2-3 months versus a couple thousand fee for the two weeks I've put into researching this project.I'm just going to be up front on this because I believe honesty will build trust with the person I'm hoping to be a long-term investor.

To be honest,  I don't plan on getting into investing for a few years,  until I've gotten several years of stable income and savings.

To be honest I don't know much about condos but I'm sure someone here in Las Vegas that is good with condominiums could chime in and help out. 

Dependability and honesty are huge and what most are lacking.

And to be honest I am fine.

The PM either did or did not make a good pricing decision and the balance between the inevitable loss of business higher profit will tell him which it is and market prices will adjust accordingly.However, taking to a public forum and attacking the character, integrity and honesty of a business owner solely because you don't like their prices is childish and counterproductive.
