Need help/advise with my portfolio
Ok BP, I have roughly 40 properties that I would like to sell. I have mortgages on 14 of the properties. I am and have been a real estate agent for 16 years in February. Most people would say I am in a very good position financially. And to be honest I am fine. Here is my problem. I live in Dayton,Ohio and would like to move and purchase a 50,100 even a 200 unit apartment building but not in Ohio. More so Georgia or Florida and live there for the rest of my life with my wife and daughter. All my properties are very nice and I have nearly a 100% occupancy rate. What advise can you give me? Thanks,Frank

What am I missing? You're a realtor, put them on the MLS and sell them like any other listing you've sold over the years.
