I'm an out-of-state investor with a townhouse in downtown Emmaus. I'm looking for a local contractor/handyman recommendation. There are possible electrical and roof issues with the property. In addition to the immediate concerns, I'd like to have a reliable local person to contact for maintenance jobs.
