Alex,I find most RE investors that have entities hold property in LLCs as this provides the most flexibility at the lowest cost.Corporations and LLCs have almost the same "formality" requirements, so don't think that because you have an LLC you don't have to follow the formalities.

Resort style parks do not have tenants but 'guests' who are on month to month (or shorter) agreements and can be removed without a formal evictions.

A lender should be able to give you a more definitive answer or have an underwriter look at your file.I would recommend having the lender review all your documentation and giving you a formal pre approval.

I just don't see the same potential for East Boston and I would stay far away from the Chelsea border, that is in my opinion the last area to appreciate there.
