Are there any lease clauses you have added, deleted, or modified in response to recent developments related to COVID that I should be considering?

When I hit backspace, the cursor will skip around to a completely different part of the message and start deleting random other parts of the message. 

I joined this ActiveRain well over a decade ago and recently found in an online search of my name that I had never deleted my account, which I haven't used in more than a decade.

Some of my posts of my stories of tenants have been deleted by the moderators of this forum. 

This allows a defined stamp (image/text whatever) to be applied to the pdf and has dynamic fields that take input that become part of the stamp.After that you have to "flatten" the pdf otherwise the stamp can be easily deleted by anyone who opens the pdf.
