I was stunned when our family friend told me that she would contribute $100 K in cash towards my purchase of a $250,000 Duplex at Tinley Park, Il.

I'm not suggesting I can purchase it for 50K, I was just floating the notion starting with that figure and going up from there if that would be crazy.

The units in China now would sell for approximately 300k and 400k today, and appreciating.I want to buy properties to Buy and Hold to secure a steady income and wholesale properties, either concurrently or after gaining some experience from Buy and Hold properties.Thanks to everyone taking the time to read this post and thanks to everyone who has already contributed to this amazing community.  

@Dustin VerleyYes a PST can be transferred to a self-directed IRA since it falls under the qualified defined contribution plan umbrella.

And the contribution is based on my pay.
