And Memphis frankly being a poster child for turn key with all the high profile turn key companies there.is that TK is a savior for these cities.

Personally, I'd get a full time job so you can at least get benefits for the wife/child.

As for the mortgage lending, I have commercial properties and asked my lender about creating a Series LLC and since he wasn't too familiar with the concept he wasn't comfortable lending to any child LLC under the series.  

Just one wall was bad due to their child marking it up with a pen but I was not concerned as I knew I could fix that easily.

She is probably a single parent with no child support and doesn't make enough to survive on her own and needs assistance from mom. 

The housing area is ripe for similar approaches, building on similar legal theories and laws governing public benefits, child welfare, mental health and other programs.

If you don't already get it, I recommend you getting child support from your daughter's father.

They will want to see that you have a basic, stable life situation for you and your child- probably meaning a stable job, a stable place to live, and a stable car that gets you to and from.
