Wish I had the skills to build a spread sheet but computers aren’t my strength.

I'm still in the process of growing my portfolio, but have heard others 1031 all their smaller properties into a larger building and have a property management company manage, OR, set up a seller financing deal with another buyer that gives you the cash flow you desire. 

Its not as easy but once you are up in running you are building a brand, equity in your business, and also constant flow of leads.

I totally get it – sometimes it's just about being there for people when they’re ready to listen.

Given that my unit is sandwiched between two others, could this be a structural issue affecting the whole building?

Today, I used those proceeds to purchase a 5-unit commercial retail building without coming out of pocket at all.

I’ve done a couple of fix and flips but I’m looking to build a rental portfolio.

If you like stocks and don't have a lot of interest in building a portfolio in MN there's no point in keeping.
