@Alden Zuck I have seen a lot of these programs this one does not sound very different to me, you can learn most aspects of wholesaling online for free and save the $5,000 to put towards marketing.

I have no real intention of being an agent, as an investor, I just want access to the MLS in my area and to save a percent or two on commissions of our buying and selling.I am personally very interested in the commercial aspects of real estate and investing, and was wondering if I could be sponsored by a commercial brokerage, or if I would have to have a different license to do so.

Top two things to do are to:educate yourself on the different aspects of RE, figure out what makes the most sense for your life goals, and to pursue a deeper knowledge of that areafigure out your financial situation because that will dictate what you can/can't doI guess that was more than two things...
