The floors were stripped to the bare plywood & we had 2 windows removed & boarded up waiting for the new installs.

For instance some will put it in mice type ( barely visible ) on the bottom to be in compliance.

Baring in mind the larger the down payment the more the risk of loss is offset.All seller finance should stay away from ideas of charging points at origination.

Also, we agreed to a price for everything combined and 2 of the lots have homes/mobile on them. the 100+ year old house is vacant and the mobile is...well a cheap mobile that is barely livable.
