Awkward times for Europe, though (2a.m. ;-))Is it recorded in any form?

Historically 9/10 don’t attend because they find it awkward.

Networking, networking, networking.I know... it can be awkward sometimes.

The voicemails are awkward and annoying.

Also, PLEASE don't make an offer over the phone or over email, do it face to face so it puts them more on the spot because it would be awkward if they say no to your face. 

It's just that I find sprinkling the text with "he/she" and "him/her" is terribly awkward)

My wife has landed a few deals working with FSBOs this way and it was awkward at first, but you refine the process with practice.

You don’t want to be in an awkward position that you’re held liable for because people found out you charged more to one group than another.

Too many references are going to be made to local areas and unless you have a firm grasp on the local market this maybe awkward.

I'd love to throw my hat into the ring for this one.I've worked hard for everything I have, which makes it awkward for me to tell someone "why me", why I should be considered for such a gift.
