Which one do you have the most favorable information on based on their past rental history and not what they say.I suggest using a service like Mayistay.

So check the contract again to verify.I like @Wayne Brooks suggestion of finding out the needs of the seller and offering a delayed closing if that would help their property search!

Hi @Paola Astrid majority of time anything  Newark, NJ I suggest selling if you can. 

It makes me wonder why they have to open a user on every forum to publicly clear their name, yet there isn't one real user that can show something they have really done. smells fishy at best.
