If you do end up pulling the trigger on this one, the silver lining is that you will learn a TON about the rehab process because you are going to encounter a lot of things you didn't plan on.

As for rents, rentometer typically reflects the rent on ground but it depends on the unit, does it have silver appliances, central air, and what is the flooring?

Even for my own business, we sometimes are hurt by the fact that we are 6 miles from Branson, but, on the flip side we are only 200 yards from the marina and 2 miles from Silver Dollar City - so it is a great tradeoff.
