My husband has many many teams of door knockers selling Energy in multiple states, so I know it works and I know it can be done with tremendous success.What I do not know is, what would be the best compensation.  

My father-in-law does a tremendous amount work around the properties and goes above and beyond what I would expect from any management company. 

It's helped me tremendously.

I already own one property outside of my primary residence that I'm managing, so I'm not entirely new to real estate.I hope to get started in the coming months and I would like to find a real estate agent that is investor friendly with a tremendous amount of experience assisting clients with navigating the nuances of fix and flip transactions.  

I find Rochester to be a tremendously great place to invest due to the low cost of property, and decent rental rates (for ex, $50k investment = $1200 gross rent/month).    

We completed a tremendous rehab of this property that had no gas service since 1995.

To some, it gave them hope while ignoring the tremendous risk put forth.
