A broker may not allow you to even cut the grass on a listed property, so ensure the broker has the fine details before you go out on your own trying to implement some strategy.And yes, having a license takes you out of harms way in wholesaling as you should be working as an agent and making about the same thing.

Seems like they really don't protect my property value but are a risk to my property in that they can take it away from me.Conversely, I was looking through the bylaws of the house under contract and they say in there they require board approval and could implement or outright ban rentals.
