I've learned in the past that when I had a tenant that lied during the tour, they would then lie during the lease signing about why they are 2 hours late, and then they would lie about all the things that they broke.Basically if I see a person who is dishonest, I end the tour.

I just got a new complex and one of the apartments has a cat in their room I was not told about. The Lease states no pets, however the previous manager said that apartment is his best as far as paying rent. Lease does...
