Books and YouTube gurus selling courses teach people to borrow money from one property to buy another with little or no regard for how heavily the investor is leveraged.

I have a video on my website explaining landmarks and how to find the properties etc, that does the trick.  

What I did was to watch several YouTube videos from  that area where I want to invest.

So recently I was listening to Pace Morby’s YouTube videos on LLC’s.

Find Brandon's videos on YouTube for the "four square" method of analyzing homes and practice.

and high-quality visuals or short videos explaining your process.Target your audience by focusing on specific zip codes, homeowners aged 30-65, and interests related to real estate and home improvement.

Something I keep in mind when researching on YouTube is finding someone the most similar to myself in regard to personality, so that when you viewe their videos, you could see myself easily applying the information.

Also, when we asked if we could speak to three references of people who completed the program, we were told "no" due to privacy reasons and to instead watch the testimonial videos online.

Your talking about one guy and seem to have some fascination with, there have been people buying thousands of properties this way for 30+ years that are not Youtube starts, they are doing it correctly and also teaching.
