its even worse I have many times seen parents lose their homes because the kids talked them into mortgaging them and taking the money and blowing it.. therby leaving the parent destitute and homeless.. you see all kinds when you work the foreclosure properties. and this is a recurring theme across all demographics except Asian in my experience.
