I don't know much about real estate CRMS although I've had plenty of experience with regular sales platforms, (ie. hubspot, salesforce, zoho, pipedrive, etc)  I didn't want to have to sift through all the cars, but it's looking as though I may to see what fits.   

Does anyone have strong views on whether on rental properties ALL the interest from a cash-out refinance can be tax deductible (even if the cash is invested to buy or fix up another property), orOnly up to the original loan amount, orSomething else.Currently assuming 1) but not at all certain...

At least from the first position lenders point of view.

They won't be advertising "invest in this deal with 20% returns", but they will advertise their company, their track record, their view of the real estate market, etc.  

.- You may be charged back for something that was done months ago (that will catch you completely by surprise when you have no money left at the end of the month and may even owe them);- They also advertise vacant units on rental platforms with weird fees (which you'll find out later when looking for your unit's ad online).

Real estate platforms (e.g., Zillow, Redfin) and listing services to generate buyer/seller inquiries.

This might get more views in the short term or mid term rentals forum/s.  

Have you noticed that your social media videos actually drive conversions, or are they just generating views?

Is that viewed differently by the regulations being proposed?
