I know of a guy here in the greater Seattle area that might be able to advise or at least get you in touch with someone locally that is reputable.The key here, IMHO (and I am not an attorney or anything), is to keep everything stabilized.

But if there's an urgent concern and I can't get in touch with anyone, that's a difficult scenario to accept.Thanks again for the responses.

@Seallington Touch,I recommend finding an accountant that specializes in real estate taxation and LLC formation.

I have the inter-workings down, and it works on my touch-pad however I am having issues with the iPad version as it doesn't like the Macros so much.

Get in touch with some agents, some lenders, go to some real estate meetups and meet other investors, etc. 

My suggestion would be to get in touch with a realtor in your area(NOT the listing agent) so they can run comps for you.

To get suggestions, you may use online search engines, contact friends and family for recommendations, or get in touch with regional real estate investment networks.Go to seminars, networking events, and gatherings for local real estate investors.

I wouldn't touch lending or flipping because I don't like paying high tax rates.
