There is a trick with bandit signs....Call your local telephone company and put your telephone number in the phone book and information service and on google under I Buy Houses and We Buy Houses.That way when the person who saw a bandit sign looks up the telephone number you get the call...You will buy a house a year this way.

You want to reward the telemarketer and pay them well .. not just go cheap.. and so you can get someone with some telephone sales skills and believe me this is a skill.. women usually are better in my experience.. so put some time training and effort into your telemarketing.. it will pay big results.. if your competition is just robo calling.
