You really weren't supposed to change locks because he still has stuff there and is technically still a tenant.

From what I've heard, they don't really care if you transfer it to an LLC after you close the loan, but it might technically trigger the due on sales clause.

Technically they could ask for money for services , but it's probably just easier to go to the next agent in the area.  

Technically these are just private loans as they are unsecured and not tied to the performance of any underlying asset.

To be technical, there is no such thing as an SDIRA in tax code.

While I *technically* cannot purchase a house until after my graduation date, I have a lot of concerns over the logistics of moving down there without a place to move in to.
