Washes in C class neighborhoods provide the best returns because that is where the purchase deals are and the customer perception of coin washes is that they are the best bang for the buck.

I just see this topic (and erroneous info) the same way you guys probably see fly-by-night "gurus" coming into these forums.Dogs are an important part of my life and while I don't, and wouldn't own a pit bull, simply because of public perception and hassle, doesn't mean that the stereotype needs to be perpetuated.
