Kathy,Try using the search option for 'multifamily' and then select the podcast tab which will show you all the multifamily podcasts available.  

I do have lawyers I do have credentials I'm not a shade tree "Carpenter" I have a family & so does the guys who works with me or for me, want a continuous income.

I'm planning a road trip to look at some select cities in Tennessee and North Carolina.

I do have a meeting set up with a different bank later this week, as after reading some on here I do not think the first bank I selected is necessarily the best fit for what I intend to do long term.
