I had an expensive encounter with a huge willow tree sticking roots in my drain tile and sewer line causing massive damage and excavation.

BP has a list of the most popular books.Saw the Dallas game...went down to the wire...rooted for them......

This aspect of keeping feelings out of my analysis is deeply rooted from government service, examinations, management, public housing commissioner and even military service, my feelings are irrelevant to advice or technical commentary. :)

The long term capital improvements: roofs, windows, siding, knob and tube wiring, sediment filled pipes, roots in old sewer lines, etc... is what costs all the money.The 8/4 is a total gut remodel.

Nobody wants to put down any roots!
