First Seller Meeting
What's up BP! Love this place so far. I am an appraiser in the DC metro area by trade, but am now getting back to my investing roots.
I have my first meeting with a seller tomorrow (I used to buy from MLS or from auctions). Do you guys try to get them to sign on the spot, feel them out, or give it a few days regardless? My thinking would be to feel them out, possibly get a verbal commitment on site and get them to sign very soon after. Any thoughts or tips would be helpful.
