You've clearly put in a lot of hard work and had a lot of success with your investing), my advice would be to utilize your experience and resume of success to look for a partner for a bigger property.

Other markets around the country are going absolutely nuclear so do your due diligence and do not be afraid to jump in the game :)

I think as counties start to resume eviction process, we will have more of this type of guests.

I work through a union hall doing nuclear plant shutdowns  but it has always been a struggle with any sort of financing because my work is not a year round traditional job.

I have a pretty good résumé and I like to think that I have a good chance when I’m out.

In all of my spare time I find myself reading books, blogs, articles and watching webinars, etc.The problem is, my professional resume doesn't have any real estate background other than mortgage sales.

I would suggest paying close attention to fall enrollment rates as we (hopefully) resume post-pandemic lives.

@Mitchell Wildman I'm not sure if you heard, but Kemmerer, WY is getting a big nuclear power plant belonging to Bill Gates and paid for largely by the US government that, if I am not mistaken, is replacing the coal power plant.
