But as I've stated, if the tenant doesn't respect the lease, the only other alternative I know of would be one of two options:1.

They typically ask no more of you than to respect their time; follow through on your commitments; and a demonstration of your desire and ability to learn.

I'm wondering how do you deal with sudden changes that can occur if people don't respect the contract?
