I started moving some of my things into my unit, and I noticed every time I come to the house and he hears me inside, he comes outside of his apartment to say hi, which is fine, but not what you usually do with neighbors.

@Sherrell Echols  mineral rights in my area enhance the value of properties but we don't typically appraise for them separately or figure them into the loan or lending decision.
