Hey Carson,You're doing a great job generating leads and building momentum.

I takes awhile but after you get momentum things fall into place.

I know this industry can be a slow moving ball and you just need to build momentum everyday.

As those books start to shape your thinking, set your next goal - at first you'll be the train just slowing starting - eventually you'll have some serious momentum.

Momentum has been building to the point now where I've nearly maxed out the private lenders that I'm currently working with. 

The most important thing is to get started and at least get a "base hit" to get your momentum going.

In doing this, however, I feel it would halt our momentum into investing as we would need to wait to save up more money or gain additional equity to use towards another investment and who knows how long that could take.
