I even tested one in my shop at 130 psi , it worked fine .As far as rehabbing and water , I am doing one right now , its on a well , I installed a low point drain, blow out point and isolation valves , so every time I leave I take 10 minutes and blow out the pipes .

Those folks are educated and want to maintain that direct relationship w/the investor they brought in the deal so alleviates the lead sponsor from dealing w/a lot of basic questions and only having to tackle the more challenging, isolated ones.

The radiators will also freeze, and crack, and then you won't get any heat into the rooms until replacement radiators are installed (although sometimes you won't lose them all so isolating any broken ones will allow for heat in rooms with radiators still intact).

I am not really following his example so I was hoping someone could explain it to me in English ;-)There are multiple items to navigate with all of this aside from this abstruse piece of the regulations, but clarity on this piece in isolation would be helpful if one of our tax wizards can help with a common sense example.

I totally agree that with the absolute right HOA's you might be able to put together a "very" specific isolated portfolio that works for you.
