Did some research on BP seems there's a market- This is halfway between 2 major cities (Tucson & Phoenix) off the interstate in Arizona City near Casa Grande.

Becky Miller at First Interstate Bank in Livingston (does lots of stuff in Bozeman) has been great to work with in the past.

Without going into details under the relatively new expanded definition of securities offerings, adopted by the SEC and almost all state securities regulatory agencies, if a financial investment is involved, and people putting up the money or having money at risk don’t have control of the decision making, then its a securities offering.All Securities offering must be registered with the SEC if they’re interstate offerings, or a state securities agency if they’re intra state offerings, unless they qualify for an exemption from registration.

It's very possible the person is new and still learning or perhaps new to that area, failed to devalue the property because of its proximity to the interstate, or any number of other factors.

There is no public transportation, but it is close to shopping, close to the interstate, and just a short drive from Atlanta.

I call as a regular individual simply asking if they'd consider selling their property.The do not call provisions of the TSR cover any plan, program or campaign to sell goods or services through interstate phone calls.
