That should give most potential investors enough visual info to get a feel for the property.Also, equally important to the quality of the photos is what you are taking photos of.

Rent is still due March 1st, in full, and they are free to stay or go.If the junky is a high functioning drug addict and he wants to stay, assuming he can pay the rent on his own, and you trust he will pay, then why not keep him on his own till the end of the lease.
