I have my fingers crossed...

I am not blaming anything on Alan, but coming out and selling a book, pointing fingers, etc is wrong.

Once when I was standing in front of him with a lying tenant telling him; "one stove burner didn't work, garbage disposal yada yada", I looked over at him and he was spinning his finger in a "hurry it up" motion.He then looked at me and asked if I had anything to say.

I would rather miss out on a property than have that sinking feeling that I overpaid and now I am hoping and crossing my fingers that maybe this will still work out and I may make some money.

I can't put my finger on it precisely, but it seems like it's colossally disrespectful.
