Did a contractor walk this property with you as well?

Is it better that the seller's mortgage gets paid (by someone else) and the property turned into a rental or should the seller simply 'walk away" and stop making payments and the property become vacant ?

A flipper I know didn't follow his recommendation and applied Killz (water based in CA) and during Realtor walk through, prospective buyers complained of cig smell.

I would bit up to 350k depending on how the walk through goes prior to auction.

I think it is better to connect with many GCs, find the ones you want to work with the most, and have them walk properties and provide bids for you.
