I will probably never go to one again and sure as hell won't let somebody tell me that unless I plunk down thousands for his course I have no chance to have my dreams come true!

I also have a dream of building a real estate empire that runs itself.

Again, contrary to what has been said here there are indeed good teachers out there and good courses I know that because I worked with them and bought their materials.Don't let the naysayers steal your dream!

No money is just an excuse to stop people from going after their dreams.

Is it all a dream?
